Please be advised that all our items are sold on an EXCHANGE ONLY basis. This is due to the nature of our jewelry which is based all around limited items. If any of our items are flawed, please return them for exchange or repair within 14 days of purchase. 

Exchanges and repairs MUST be approved by Margo Morrison New York. If approved, an authorized RA number will be furnished, which must be written on the outside of the box. Please email inquires about exchanges and repairs to support@margomorrison.com.
